I have stayed in the Jaipur ramada all the month of October 2011, in & out working for my company.
Recently, we had an opportunity to stay at your hotel along with our travel group ( sept 4/5). During our stay, one of my sons was very sick and was hotel bound the entire time. I would like to thank your staff namely Rinki (housekeeping), Mannu( trainee) and Balwant (room service) for taking that extra step over and beyond their responsibilty. They went out of their way to ensure my son's comfort and brought a human touch to their job title. It is people like that who make a difference and create a clear line between good service and bad.
